Any recommended resources to learn more about structuring functional conditioning workouts you see more of these days? In terms of exercise selection within AMRAPS, EMOMs etc, the selected rep ranges/times, or are these things just made up, chuck them together and see what happens?!!!

How do you navigate a conversation with a long term client who subtly mentions he is gaining weight but "is waiting for someone to mentioned it|" before he panics 

He sends me screen shots of the scale app where his metrics are in the red but will then justify it to me (himself)

I've always had a bit of impostor syndrome in terms of value for online clients. Got a couple who tick all the boxes and are making progress meaning I don't really have to ever change anything (which is good), but I still never feel like i'm providing enough value because i'm not having to do much coaching each week. How to get over this feeling?
