MCSO partners with this agency in the Monroe County Jail in an effort to help incarcerated individuals make a productive transition back into society upon release from Jail. MCSO Director of Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Joel Yager and RAWNY Program Director, Yari Rivera, and their teams help to prepare incarcerated individuals with the tools they need for success.
