But all precepts are connected and in this episode I explore the question and challenge that often arises of: How do we also maintain our truth and be honest with being kind to others and also to ourselves too? I also talk about how our truth can change and that is why what is most important on this journey is that you always follow and seek your heart and truth, rather than your teachers.
