In this episode I'm going to be discussing the importance of defining your own healthy. I share what being healthy means to me and examples of what healthy means to some of my past clients. I'm going to challenge you to answer the question, "What does 'healthy' mean to YOU and what does that look like?" When you've defined your healthy, then you'll compare it to how you're living your life to see if it matches up or if there are any differences.
