Life Application: In all my wandering in life, how often do I stop to sit in the presence of God almighty? How often do I reflect on the overlap of divinity and humanity in Jesus? Am I willing to sit in that tension? How often do I reflect on Jesus as both Divine and human? As King and Priest? What does it mean that Jesus both demands justice but also—Himself—provides the offering for that justice on my behalf? How can I learn to live as both King and Priest in Jesus? Am I willing to sit in this overlap? How can sitting reorient me to who Jesus really is?
