October is domestic violence awareness month. In today's episode, my guest, Deborah Emmanuel-Ighodaro, a Clinical Social Worker comes back to the show to discuss emotional abuse. We discuss why one may be vulnerable to emotional abuse, the impacts and how to heal from the trauma.



Deborah is a Clinical Lead Consultant at Frankincense Consulting Service and the founder of a non-profit organization supporting women and girls in their recovery journey.
