As a result of her Wellness Business Coaching/Consulting, her clients improve their mindset, embrace a sense of peace while increasing earning potential through the implementation of strategic business planning and systems development. We discuss engaging your self-doubt and find ways to overcome it all and meditation's impact on her approach to coaching.
