Shotokan Karate w/ Tony Chapman of Tong Dojo Atlanta
-On this episode I sit and talk with an old friend and now sensei of a local Atlanta Shotokan Dojo, Tong Dojo. Tony has spent a large part of his life training and teaching Shotokan. He loves the history, the art, and the fighting of it all. I want to know what got him started, what makes for a warrior in Shotokan and life, and what keeps him going to do it all… in a mindful and maybe meditative way. What is peace? What is Mental Health?
