The plot thickens!
By Sheila Bore

~~~~~~~~
No, I am not a wanna be Chinua Achebe,
Though I love his work
In the same vein & vine I also love Aravind Adiga
My poetry is maybe mystic yet also lyric
Random thoughts joined together not be like a headless chicken
Why do I say it thickens
No, I am not a wanna be Charles Dickens
Though I love his work
I prefer Maya Angelou
My poetry is a another verbal expression available to be covey a word, thing or feeling as artistic
Snippets of a message joined as sometimes with rhyming rhythmic words; that make mind beat and heart quicken
This is a no stew that needs to thicken
No, I am not Gordon Ramsay
I love his cooking shows minus the foul mouth
I prefer Jamie Oliver
My poetry to some maybe moronically simplistic, to me it’s empiric & artistic
Serious thoughts joined as playful words
Straight out of the vast vocabulary kitchen
This plot thickens
Words I have also found add or subtract to a narrative & message
Whether said or written by someone famous or non-entity or just by choice anonymous
With this poem
Random thoughts joined together and not be like a headless chicken
Snippets of a message joined as sometimes with rhyming rhythmic words; that make mind beat and heart quicken
Serious thoughts joined as playful words
Straight out of the vast vocabulary kitchen
Here is where the plot thickens...
Don’t speak unless you can improve the silence that how the plot thickens!
