When I think about a day trader, I often picture the character of Bud Fox who was played by Charlie Sheen in the 1987 movie Wall Street.

If you haven’t seen the movie that’s okay because the imagery portrayed throughout the film is likely what you think of when you imagine a day trader — fresh suits, expensive shoes, big mansions in the Hampton’s, fancy apartments in mid town Manhattan. But, this opulent 80s, 90s and even early 2000 imagery of a day trader has evolved greatly.

And,  in the world of crypto - day trading continues to be a worthwhile pursuit sought after by many and the stocks from the traditional finance system are now Bitcoin, Ethereum and thousands of other cryptocurrencies.
