Heather is a Partner in the Nonprofit Practice at ThinkingAhead. She recruits nonprofit professionals nationwide, connecting high-caliber mission driven professionals and leaders with meaningful organizations.
Heather graduated from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN, with a B.S. in Business Administration: Marketing and Management. Prior to ThinkingAhead, she gained sales experience with Great American by consulting, marketing, and promoting fundraising programs in schools and other non-profit organizations. Heather also has many years of experience consulting franchisees as they open their businesses. She coached on management, processes, and developmental strategies to ensure their success.
Heather lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During the short Minnesota summers, you can find her road biking, camping and hiking, but she does appreciate the winter months and will be outside snowshoeing or snowboarding. Heather also really enjoys cooking and playing with her dog Leah year round.
