Today we discuss the last segment of the habit stacking series by focusing on the importance of delayed gratification.  Most people never reach the level of success or the best version of themselves not because they aren't capable, but due to the fact that they did not stick with their goals, dreams, or desires long enough.  It is always easier to do things when we feel motivated or that yield instantaneous results.  However, champions are made by putting in the daily reps, getting 1% better and allowing growth to accrue through the compounding over time.  In this episode I break down a few final key components from James Clear's book Atomic Habits including: 1) Leveraging your persona, 2) Finding Flow State, 3) Being comfortable with the uncomfortable, 4) Overcoming Boredom to achieve results, & 5) Developing & Pros Approach.  We discuss tangible ways to use these 5 strategies within the areas of education, finance, faith, and fitness to see exceptional results in our lives.
