The greatest game changers take place through intentional action and by being aware of what we desire.  In this episode we unpack the cue, crave, response, and reward in order to better leverage habit stacking.  By doing so our daily efforts will compile into a life changing recipe that is automatized and efficient.  Habit stacking and intentional action is driven by WHAT we want, WHY we desire to get there, & most of all WHO we wish to become!  The best you is still unlived.  It's time to find that person and become the man or woman you are proud of this year!
