What we think certainly determines a great deal in our lives.  Thousands of thoughts come to us daily.  Those who continue to live a life to the fullest have the ability to detach themselves from negativity.  Today we uncover the way to quiet or minds, turn off the toxicity, and be more apt to live in the present moment.  Change the channel to thoughts that are harmful or dangerous is key.  Even stuff like goals or dreams can cause anxiety and stress if we go too far into the future or on the other hand our past mistakes can stifle our growth.  We also discuss the importance of gratitude and staying true to who we are at the core.  Just being yourself is a key ingredient in winning the battle within.  Our mind can be our greatest ally or enemy.  It's completely up to us.  We essentially become what we think and hold onto because beliefs end up shaping our reality.
