This week Julie and Chrissa are joined by Mady Sodders, a high school teacher for those with significant disabilities. In this episode we talk about Mady’s experience seeing a variety of counselors over the last 18 years. She shares with us her experiences of trauma, depression and anxiety and how counseling has helped. While not all of her counseling experiences have been great, she has always found it to be beneficial. Mady now tries to help others by being a listening ear and using what she has learned with others.
