Welcome to my 75 hard journey. I started this challenge to help with my mental toughness. This journey is all about mental but you will also benefit from it physically too.  Each week I will be publishing a a podcast and maybe even a video here and there about my journey. complete 45 mins of exercise twice a day

consume no alcohol and no cheat days

Take a progress pic

drink a gallon of water a day

read 10 pages of a book 

bonus- No soda
