75 days of 2 workouts each day 45min each one in doors one out
75 days of a gallon of water a day
75 days of 10 pages of a self help book
75 days of no alcohol
75 days of sticking to the same diet or meal plan And
75 days of selfies lol .
yes its now over and let me tell you it was one hell of an adventure. So the reasons i started this challenge was to one re evaluate my relationship with alcohol and two, lord two.. from November Jan 1 I put on 8 pounds . The holidays were tough, not because of good eating with family and friends but it was holiday depression for lack of family. But mentally I did way better but man the meals and emotional eating and drinking were not good. So when I came across the 75 hard challenge I was like this is perfect. I will say this. This will be how i will start each year. Perfect way to resest yourself and the start the first quarter with a win. The results were amazing . In whole i lost 11lbs and a few % body fat.
