Greetings and welcome back to Mental Snacks with Claiborne Jackson. With Daylight savings taking place, I figured this would be a good tome to talk about the two choices you have each morningΒ 
1. continue to sleep on your dream
2. wake up write down your dream and turn it into a goal.
Take a listen and do not hit the snooze button on your dreams.. Daylight savings took away one hour sleep so that you can use that hour to work on you goals.
