If you're like us, this 5-6 month Spring Break has been a new level of crazy. For many of us, we've only just started to find a state of flow with our new routines after begrudgingly letting our former sense of normal go. And now, things are shifting again as we look ahead to the fall. Kiddos are going back to school in some capacity, work situations are evolving, and as a result, our routines will encounter some degree of pressure. This is why it is so essential we know how to establish healthy boundaries—to maintain what matters most to us, to preserve the hidden gifts of quarantine like meaningful rest and time spent with others, and to press on towards realizing our goals. It's not always easy to set boundaries or say "no", but we hope this conversation helps you see the value that can come in doing so.
