Description

When red flags are ignored we allow ourselves to get caught up in a cycle of going back and forth. If you're lucky, you get to resolve them and truly move on in your relationship, but if you are not, you will end up in the same place that caused the argument. (We have all been there at some point) 

You are in love but your mental state is clouded because you're clinging onto a sense of hope that your partner will change. Maybe you've convinced yourself that it takes time and you'll be patient until that time comes. 

However, months or maybe even years have passed by and you see no change. Perhaps, by this point you feel stuck in a corner with no guidance or start to feel a little crazy with every argument. So what do we do once we are in love and notice ourselves getting lost in the sauce?
