The fourth episode brought frustration for our Luminol Cocktail ladies as they had their first official technical difficulties when Lindsey forgot to set up the mic properly. Since these girls are perfectionists, they decided the audio was not up to their standard and needed to start the whole thing over. Like literally ALL THE WAY OVER! With that being said, most of the original banter was lost as the evening got late and the girls both had to get up early for their jobs. Lindsey rushed through her basic research coming to terms that she does not understand legal matters involving murder charges, but who can blame her? She’s from Florida which is 1 of 3 states in the U.S. that has third-degree murder charges. Tiffany did her part of things beautifully finding prime and all recent/relevant cases that feature each of these charges adequately. The girls get way off track with discussions of murder weapons from any household objects, horror movies that potentially scarred them for life and suitcases currently washing ashore with body parts inside! Next week they will get back to covering cases on Black Widows (YAY!) and since Lindsey has already finished her research and moved on the other assignments, it should be good!
