<p>Rob Berkowitz, Head Men's and Women's Soccer Coach at East Stroudsburg University, and Meagan DeWan, Assistant Men's and Women's Soccer Coach at East Stroudsburg University, join Kohl and Zak to discuss Leadership. They talk about what leadership looks like and how players can use it to help the team be successful. Rob and Meagan talk about how they have groomed players to become leaders and the ones that were natural leaders. The group discusses some successes and failures within leadership and how things were corrected if there was failure. Kohl and Zak lead the conversation towards what leadership looks like from a coaching perspective and what we should be doing as coaches to help our players have success on and off the field. </p>
