Holy Spirit in us also leads inwardly, teaches, strenghtens, comforts, reveals etc. Additionally, Holy Spirit upon us or who comes upon us , comes with His Fire & Power for His Works, Witness, Manifestation of Christ as He takes hold of our body and spirit for outreaching and bearing Christ fruits which are His Church, Souls and Kingdom expansion. God's power is everywhere but it manifest, activates when the atmosphere is right. Fasting, reading scriptures regularly, constant prayers, walking and living in love, witnessing about Christ, Having Faith, being givers, worshipping, praising & thanking God , living in righteousness etc.
