Today's Daily Star devotion audio podcast is a prophetic message titled-Eat and drink but also Pray. Elijah asked Ahab to go eat and drink, after prophesying about the sound of abundance rainfalls while Prophet Elijah himself climbed mount Carmel to pray until the prophecy was fulfilled. God wants us to pray for the fulfillment of His prophetic word upon us. Sometimes, the zeal of God performs posited prophecies or disallows the negatives. However, God is not calling us to eat and drink only but we must always pray. Prayer changes fulfills positive prophecies, hinders or disallows negative ones. Prayers also changes the atmosphere, releases grace, empowers, brings God's hand, God's attention, it also brings Angels around etc. Eat and drink but also pray.
