In this episode we discussed the passing of Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the quickness in which both Trump and the GOP Senate wishes to fill her seat. What most people fear is that her replacement wants to strike down Roe v. Wade. However, I argue that there is something more nefarious afoot, namely the overturning of the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare. By declaring that unconstitutional, Trump will have achieved his greatest victory, in his mind eliminating Obama's signature legislative victory. However, the Republicans have no legislation to replace it, thus condemning hundreds of thousands to no health insurance,
