Jesus asked the religious leaders a question about Psalm 110. He asked them who's son the Messiah is and they answered, "The son of David".
Then Jesus asked them, "How is it then, that he says, 'The LORD says to my Lord, sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool'".
They could not answer.
Psalm 110 is quoted in the New Testament more than any other Psalm and you will see why in this episode.
