Analysis: The second step involves analyzing and understanding those thought processes.
Reflection: The third step involves reflecting on your experiences and considering how your thought processes impacted them.
Goal-setting: The fourth step involves setting goals for your learning and identifying what you need to do to achieve those goals.
Planning: The fifth step involves creating a plan of action to achieve those goals.
