  1. Awareness: The first step involves recognizing and being aware of your own thought processes.

  2. Analysis: The second step involves analyzing and understanding those thought processes.

  3. Reflection: The third step involves reflecting on your experiences and considering how your thought processes impacted them.

  4. Goal-setting: The fourth step involves setting goals for your learning and identifying what you need to do to achieve those goals.

  5. Planning: The fifth step involves creating a plan of action to achieve those goals.
