Episode 98: When to take a break

It can be hard sometimes, long days weeks on end. It may feel like the work load is never ending. You may feel like it is necessary to work 10/12/14hr days every day but you will crash and burnout eventually.

Have you ever had a day where your brain just feels fried by the end of it? We cannot keep it up forever. 

The idea is to use techniques (such as the pomodoro technique) and take a break before you break.
