In this, the very first interview episode of A Few Quiet Ones I speak with Matt Cook, a sound engineer based on the Gold Coast, Australia, about his experiences growing up and within the music scene.
Matt has toured with bands such as Mono, Born Of Osiris, La Dispute, After The Burial and more and he has some great insights into life on the road.
We also discuss his passion for yoga as well as mental health and alcholism realted issues.
All in all I feel it's a great first attempt at the interview format and I can't wait for the next episode!
