Description

During the course of a day, you might find yourself feeling elated, then sorrowful, then angry and then back to elation. The many moods that roll in can feel confusing and overwhelming. According to Buddhist philosophy, these moods are explained as the 6 realms. Each has a powerful pull but the magic of being human is our ability to take one step back and observe them for what they are. In our observation we can find freedom.
