Description

As an Emmy-winning actor, writer and producer, Mike Manning has demonstrated a wide range of talents in front of and behind the camera, working with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. On television, Manning is best known for his roles in Disney's popular snowboarding movie "Cloud 9," on MTV's "Teen Wolf," as 'The Manny' on NBC's popular drama "This Is Us," as bay-boy 'Charlie Dale' on the long-running soap "Days of Our Lives," and on "The Bay" currently streaming on Peacock. Other credits include Tyler Perry's "The Haves and the Have Nots," "Crash & Bernstein" on Disney XD, "Major Crimes" on TNT, "Hawaii Five-0" on CBS, "God's Not Dead: A Light in Darkness" for Pure Flix, and the civil rights feature "Son of the South," executive produced by Oscar-winner Spike Lee.

In addition to acting, Manning has produced over a dozen feature films that have won awards and been theatrically released following premieres at some of the top film festivals in the world including Tribeca, SXSW, the Burbank International Film Festival and Cannes. His film "Lost in America" follows the stories of homeless youth living in America and was executive produced by actress Rosario Dawson and grammy-winning artist Jewel. The film also features Sanaa Lathan, grammy-winner Jon Bon Jovi, and Oscar-winner Halle Berry.

Mike has received proclamations from the New York City Council for his cause-related leadership, and lobbied Congress on behalf of The Human Rights Campaign while a cast member on MTV's "The Real World" in Washington, DC in 2010. He is on the board of Boo2Bullying, Legacy Youth Leadership, and the largest youth-led clean water organization in the world, Thirst Project.
