If we live our lives as if the universe revolves around us, people will call us narcissistic, because this is not a favorable attitude, since it is clearly evident that we are not worthy of the universe revolving around us and it clearly does not. But there is one who is worthy. There is one of whom it could be said the universe DOES revolve around Him, because this universe is all about Him. As it was created by Him, all creation demonstrates His glory. His name, His nature or reputation, is majestic in all the earth! This is our great God! So, great that He took mankind, though we are so small in the vastness of His universe, and He placed us a little lower than God, to ruler as His representatives in this world. He is so great that even when mankind fell into sin, and gave up the place God put us in, He sent His Son to restore us to the place that God had place mankind in. By Jesus Christ coming to earth, as a man and purchasing our salvation, He restores, all who trust in Him alone, to God. HAs glorified man He reigns over all the universe, and one day we will reign with Him! Our God is THE Great God! He is worthy of our lives!
