happy Monday and start to the new month! how is it already February??

Self love and confidence is hard to maintain all year round and having a global pandemic arise has only made it that much more difficult. During the first wave of shut down for Covid-19 we saw many people take that time and found the motivation for their fitness goals, however, there were many people, including us at times, found that working out and eating healthier did not sound that appealing. This episode isn't about us telling you what you should or shouldn't have done during this time, but to simply remind you to just be gentle with your process. 2020 took a huge toll on all of us mentally and physically one way or another and we're all really just trying our best:)
