In this episode, I discuss the fatherless problem happening in the United States and how this problem has been on the rise since the 1980. I also discuss the benefits of positive fatherhood involvement and what can we do as men to hold each other accountable. Father involvement is more needed now than it was before, our children need us to step us as fathers and lead by example.
