I talk to Andy Hipwell, co-owner/co-founder of Ampersand Brew Co, based in Norfolk - but very close to the Suffolk border!
Andy and I discuss their start at the family farm, followed by a move to a bigger site in the market town of Diss, Reverse Osmosis, mixed ferm beers, Brut IPAs, competing with the massive locals Greene King, Adnams and Woodforde's, plus lots more.
