Description

As we approach Valentine's Day (or Galentine's or Palentine's) or if you prefer, simply the day to love yourself, it's important to remember that love is the answer to much of what ails us. But how do we ensure the love in our lives is good for us?

In this episode of Life, Lemons & LemonDrops, Greer and Whitnie discuss some of the challenges inherent in relationships, romantic and platonic, including letting go and moving on once relationships have run their course. But how do you do that, especially if ending the relationship wasn't your idea? And even if it was, where do your start and how do you begin to put the pieces back together?

Letting go and moving on is not about forgetting, but forgiving--yourself and whoever caused you pain. Holding on to anger, bitterness or other negative emotions is harmful to your mind, body, spirit and future relationships. So do yourself a favor, get clarity on what you want in your relationships, focus on that and let the past be the past. Just remember to always cherish the lessons you've learned.
