We tend to think of our health and changes in our lives in general as 'all or nothing' or 'black or white.' It doesn't have to be that way. Yes, you want quick wins right out the gate that will help develop the momentum you'll need over the long haul, but by being willing to redefine success your own way and accept non-traditional ways of looking at your wins, you will help yourself keep moving in the right direction. Ultimately, it is the steady movement in the right direction that enables you to achieve your desired outcome. That and persistent action.

In our discussion, Khieanne shares how she trusted God for guidance, strength and wisdom and believed a solution was possible. Why it's important to take hold of the things you can control and let go of the things you can't. And how choosing to be persistent and consistent in taking action to got her through the challenges and one step at a time, she began to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

She inspires, educates and motivates her coaching clients to make better health & lifestyle choices so they can achieve overall balance and embrace abundant living.
