In this week's episode Coach Chad reminds us how important it is to Give Thanks for the things we have and Practice some daily Gratitude to help with positivity, appreciation, and perspective.
This is the season of Canadian Thanksgiving and I'm reminded of how many people have impacted my life in a positive way. I want to express my gratitude and say thank you to all the family, friends, and loved ones who have been there for me and helped me along my journey in life.
I also want to express a special thank you to all of the new friends and supporters who have been there for me on this new journey. The special people who I have met, who have believed in me, encouraged me, and inspired me.
Thank you. I appreciate you.
