So many people put others ahead of themselves.. While they have the best intentions, this can lead to severe deprivation of your own personal energy and resources which often leads to becoming overwhelmed, run down, or severe stress and burnout.



We talk about why taking time for YOU is nothing that you should feel any guilt or shame around and offer just a few suggestions of what you can add to your "self-care kit".
