The holiday season can be challenging for many people at the best of times but with the way this year has gone many folks may not be feeling so joyful. Coach Chad talks about ways we can reclaim our joy, fill our "joy bucket" and then how we can turn around and CHOOSE to spread JOY to many people for the holiday season!
Thank someone. Sing. Laugh. Have a good cry. Tell someone you love them. Do something for someone who needs it.
Then Coach Chad intro duces a simple 3 day challenge on how you can spread joy in some different and effective ways to enrich the lives of others and brighten their day! Do your best to spread that JOY even more during Dec 21-23, 2020!
