On Ep. 14, Kaylon Eppinger talks about being the 2007 Ohio state champion in the 100m hurdles, running track at the University of Cincinatti and migrating down south to the SEC to run and graduate from the University of Alabama. “Kay Kay” gives details about her training in Phoenix, AZ for the USA Indoor Track & Field Championships and eventually winning bronze in the Pentathlon in 2015. Next year in 2016, she got better and won silver in the same category.
