Welcome to the Moving Forward Project.

In this episode, I talk about my experiences of personal coaching and what I have found in people that keep them from moving the progress needle forward. Even sometimes doing the complete opposite and speeding backwards.

It comes down to discipline, grit, and will power. How do you build these things? These attributes aren't something you are born with but skills you have to build. Just like learning to ride a bike or play piano, you only get better by doing them more often. Same thing goes for developing these habits. I am not specimen. I am not perfect, not even close to it. I have plenty to work on and learn within myself but over the years of working with MANY individuals, the common denominator tends to remain the same. It's the "little" choices that you make daily (or don't make) that get you to where you are now.
