20220510 Word of the Week – Questions
Communication has been on top of my mind for some time now.
I am always curious about something, and questions drive our curiosity. We want answers, so we ask questions.
As leaders, it is our responsibility to keep growing and learning.
Keep asking questions. Don't stop asking.
Be the curious seeker, scientist, and explorer. Learn something about yourself and those around you.
When in conversation, deepen it with why.
Following an answer with why questions will deepen the conversation, and you might gain more insight and connection with your conversation partners. But don't become the interrogator. Share your own story.
Take the opportunity to become vulnerable and connected.
