Serial killer, Robert Pitkin, was extremely prolific, due in large part to a lack of concern shown by law enforcement towards his victims. He was almost caught so many times that it is appalling how many women died at his hands, after police dismissed tip after tip. Buckle up, this Thanksgiving we are going on a bumpy ride.
