There are two paths before us. The path of the priest and Levite, the path of safe and comfortable…keeping the rules, but missing love. And there's the path of the Samaritan, costly and controversial…prioritizing love. Which path are we on? God, forgive us for the times we walk on the other side and put limits on who we'll love or how we will help. We need the eyes of Jesus to see the needs around us, His heart for compassion, and His courage to take action. If we are truly going to love like Jesus, we will love without limits, conditions, our boundaries.
