Description

Natalie Hurdley is a fitness and nutrition coach who helps busy business women increase energy, lose weight and get better quality sleep. In addition to being a coach offering 1-1 personal training, group sessions, as well as nutrition, Natalie is also a Powerlifter for Team GB and an Ambassador for The Sports Business Club. 
She has 15 years of experience as a coach and joins us today to talk about fast ways to exercise with little or no equipment. We also talk about food, and the role it plays in weight management.
Natalie offers free stretch and mobility classes, is starting a free 21 day fitness challenge next week and will be hosting a free 5 day educational and workout challenge in January 2021.
