"It is with Joy we draw water from the well of SALVATION" Isaiah 12:3. Deliverance from comes by praising God in Crisis. It is counterintuitive to rejoice in crisis but this is the secret to deliverance. You disappoint the devil whenever he thinks he's got you and you turn it on him by rejoicing instead of mourning/worrying/complaining/regretting/blaming others and yourself.
