Kelly Monica is a holistic health and wellness expert who specializes in hormones and weight loss. She teaches women how to naturally balance their hormones and shed stubborn weight with the use of real food and body movement.

The core of her program, Getting Back to Self, is about real food education that is supplemented with body movement and exercise.

Kelly’s ultimate goal is to help her clients get to a place where they have a full understanding of what foods to eat and how to pair those foods so that their bodies can become balanced and function properly.
