Cool as Ice was the Vanilla Ice vehicle filled in a schizophrenic MTV music video style hoping to appeal to 10 year old boys and 17 year old girls. Part Pee Wee's Playhouse, part The wild One, all Vanilla. The film was panned when it came out. Does it deserve so many rotten tomatoes?
