With new year resolutions abound, I spoke to James Golden - a fitness professional with more than two decades of experience training and advising athletes and regular people - about where to start in adopting healthy habits.

Do we need to start with one habit, or can we work on multiple areas of our life - like sleep, diet and movement - at the same time?
